Fulfillment Associate
Jamestown, NY · Full Time · Pay Range: Based on experience
This role supports order fulfillment from picking and packing through final shipment preparation. We are always open to strong candidates who can stay accurate, organized, and consistent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label outgoing orders with strong accuracy.
- Prioritize and organize shipments based on deadlines and service levels.
- Run quality checks before packages leave the facility.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving workflows and inventory records.
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient fulfillment work areas.
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and dependable execution habits.
- Ability to work quickly while preserving accuracy and quality.
- Comfort with basic computer/order systems and shipment documentation.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and move packages safely.
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
