Where is JRSC Digital located?
We are located at 1611 Foote Ave. Ext., Jamestown, NY 14701. Our shop is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
How long has JRSC Digital been in business?
JRSC Digital has been serving businesses since 1956 - over 70 years of in-house production and expert service.
Do you ship nationally?
Yes. While we're based in Jamestown, NY, we ship orders to businesses across the United States and internationally through our fulfillment service.
Can I visit your shop?
Yes, we welcome customers at our shop Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. For project consultations or pickups, we recommend calling ahead at (716) 484-8185.
Quotes & Ordering
How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote online through our Get a Quote page, by calling us at (716) 484-8185, or by emailing Possibilities@JRSCDigital.com. Most quotes are returned the same business day.
Do you have order minimums?
For most products, no - there are no minimums. Some specialty products may have minimum quantities. When in doubt, ask us in your quote request.
Do you charge for overs?
No. Unlike some printers that produce extras and charge you for them, we only charge for what you ordered.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
Quantity, product type or description, any material preferences, deadline, and your budget (optional but helpful). Art files or photos of your concept also help us give you a faster, more accurate quote.
Artwork & Files
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and most common design file formats. For best results, provide print-ready PDFs with bleeds at 300 DPI. If you're unsure, just send us what you have and we'll let you know if adjustments are needed.
Do I need to have my artwork ready before getting a quote?
No. You can request a quote without finished artwork. Providing a draft or concept file does help us give a more accurate quote, but it's not required.
Do you offer design services?
We can assist with basic file preparation and adjustments. For full design work, contact us to discuss your project - we may be able to help or recommend a local designer.
How do I send large files?
You can upload files directly through our File Upload page. For very large files, contact us and we'll arrange an alternative transfer method.
Production & Turnaround
How long does production take?
Turnaround varies by product and quantity. Standard digital printing is typically 2-5 business days. Rush options may be available - ask when requesting your quote.
Is all production done in-house?
Yes. All printing, apparel decoration, engraving, stamp production, and most finishing work is done at our Jamestown facility. This gives us direct control over quality and timeline.
Can I get a rush order?
We accommodate rush requests whenever possible. Mention your deadline when requesting a quote and we'll let you know what we can do.
Products & Services
What types of printing do you offer?
We offer digital printing, UV printing, direct-to-garment apparel printing, large format printing for banners and signs, sublimation, and more.
Do you do embroidery?
Yes. Embroidery is one of our in-house apparel decoration methods. We handle polos, jackets, hats, and other items.
Can you print on unusual materials?
With UV printing and laser engraving, we can print or engrave on a wide variety of materials including wood, glass, acrylic, metal, leather, tile, and more.
Do you handle mailing for direct mail campaigns?
Yes, we offer end-to-end direct mail services including list processing, personalization, printing, inserting, and delivery to the post office. We also handle Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) for carrier route saturation campaigns.
